It is very important to drink water every day, but, when dieting, drinking water is crucial.
Especially drinking water while doing HCG diet.
HCG diet is very restrictive, there is a list of Allowed foods and drinks. What can you drink? Tea, without sugar; coffee, without sugar and milk; no soda, juices, no sugar whatsoever.
So drinking water during HCG diet is essential for success of the diet.
Who wants to stay on 500 calorie a day diet and not to get desired results? But if you don’t drink enough water, the stall will happen and the only way to get out of stall is to increase water consumption.
